By participating in/reading my tarot service/website/blog/email series, you acknowledge that I am not a lawyer, licensed psychologist, financial advisor, business consultant or health care professional and my services do not replace the care of attorneys, business consultants, financial advisors, psychologists or other healthcare professionals. Tarot is in no way to be construed or substituted as psychological counseling or any other type of therapy or medical advice. I will at all times exercise my best professional efforts, skills, and care. I do not make guarantees on future outcomes of tarot. Recommendations on my website/blog and my comments about the outcome are expressions of opinion only. I do not make any guarantees other than to deliver the tarot services purchased as described. All readings are confidential. You must be at least 18 years of age to book or receive a reading from me.

Payment Policy

Payment must be made in full before the time of the scheduled reading. A confirmation email will be sent upon verification of payment.

Late policy

There will be a 10-minute grace period. I completely understand that life happens. However, if you happen to be running late, your time will begin no later than 10 minutes past your originally scheduled start time. Anything past that will subtract from the total length of your session. 

If you think you’ll be late, please email me at info@mysticerealist.com and let me know. Please DO NOT send me a message through social media concerning your reading.

Cancellation policy

I have a 24-hour notice period for canceled readings. If you do not give sufficient notice, you will not receive a refund and will have to pay the full fee if you want to reschedule. Please contact me as soon as possible if you can’t keep your appointment.

If you need to reschedule, you have until 24 hours prior to your originally scheduled reading to contact me at info@mysticreaist.com. 

I reserve the right to refuse to do any readings.

Refund policy

Please note that I do not offer refunds after readings. When you order from me, you pay for my time and expertise.

Please note that I do not offer refunds if you miss your reading for any reason. If you miss your reading and want to reschedule you will have to pay the full price again.
